CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER ALERT
The Kiefer Volunteer Fire Department is urging all residents in Kiefer and surrounding areas to use extreme caution due to critical fire weather conditions. High winds, low humidity, and dry vegetation mean that any spark could quickly turn into a dangerous wildfire.
❌ NO outdoor burning
❌Avoid parking on dry grass (hot exhaust systems can ignite fires)
❌ Secure chains on trailers to prevent sparks
❌ Dispose of cigarettes properly, never toss them outside
❌ Be cautious with equipment that produces heat or sparks
🚒 Our volunteers are ready to respond, but prevention is the best protection for our homes, land, and neighbors.
If you see smoke or fire, call 911 immediately.
Please help keep our community safe by sharing this post and staying alert. ❤️
