- Discussion and appropriate action enrolling Judge Joshua Young and Prosecuting Attorney Ivan Orndorff to attend Oklahoma Municipal Judges Association Fall Conference in Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804 on Thursday October 23, 2025, and Friday October 24, 2025.
- Discussion and appropriate action concerning designating Town Administrator Donna Mefford as the authorized agent for Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OKMRF).
