  1. Discussion and appropriate action concerning the result of Kiefer Public Works Authority’s annual audit for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
  2. Discussion and appropriate action concerning Transferring $20,000 from KPWA Savings Account to be Applied to KPWA Gross Revenue Account.
  3. Discussion and appropriate action concerning Proposed Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307- (B) (1) for the Purpose of Confidential Communications Between Kiefer Board of Trustees for the review of Kiefer Public Works Authority Employees.
  4. Action on Executive Session Items: Action, as Necessary, Concerning the review of Kiefer Public Works Authority Employees.

Approval of Police Department Report, Fire Department Report, and Grants Report.

Approval of purchase orders and checks as presented with available funds.

 

  1. Discussion and appropriate action concerning the result of the Town of Kiefer’s annual audit for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
  2. Discussion and appropriate action concerning Transfer from Traffic Court Penalty Account to General Account in the amount of $20,000.
  3. Discussion and appropriate action concerning Selection of Date for Kiefer’s Annual Clean-Up Day. Oklahoma’s Statewide Annual TRASH-OFF Day is Saturday, April 18th, 2026. Hours last year were from 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
  4. Discussion and appropriate action concerning speed bumps on West Adams Avenue.
  5. Discussion and appropriate action concerning grass, weeds, and other foliage at the West corner of West Adams Avenue and Oak Hill Circle, on the North side of the road.
  6. Discussion and appropriate action concerning Proposed Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307- (B) (1) for the Purpose of Confidential Communications Between Kiefer Board of Trustees for the review of Town Employees.
  7. Action on Executive Session Items: Action, as Necessary, Concerning the review of Town Employees.
