  1. Discussion and appropriate action concerning the use of $35,000 Rural Infrastructure Grant funds from Oklahoma Rural Water Association, towards The Town of Kiefer Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements CDBG Project (19763 CDBG 24).
  2. Proposed Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307- (B) (1) for the Purpose of Confidential Communications Between Kiefer Board of Trustees for Review and Possible Hiring of Applicant to fill the Vacant Position of Kiefer Public Works Authority Clerk.
  3. Action on Executive Session Items: Action, as Necessary, Concerning for Review and Possible Hiring of Applicant to fill the Vacant Position of Kiefer Public Works Authority Clerk.
