- Discussion and appropriate action concerning Signing and Attesting, Acknowledgement of Grant Approval from the Oklahoma Rural Water Association (ORWA) and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for a Rural Infrastructure Grant (“RIG”), application #20305 for Manhole Projects, Engineering, Line Repair Projects, and Other: Safety Equipment. RIG Funds Matching Funds – Grant Amount: $75,200 – Kiefer Match Amount: $18,800 – Total Project Cost: $94,000.
- Discussion and appropriate action concerning Review and Determination of Submitted Proposals for a Gas Acquisition Participation Agreement.

- Discussion and appropriate action concerning approval of purchasing Hawthorn7 Sewer Camera System, 512 Hz Receiver Locator with Depth Indicator, and Roller Skid 6’’-12’’ Pipe from Improved Construction Methods (ICM) for the quoted price in the amount of $10, 579.00.
